Default blackberry 9700 facebook issue

Please Login to Remove!
V 5.0.0.608 when i download facebook it shows in application as installed but i can t find it on my fone please advise

Yes I do but when I download the facebook app on my 9700 it installs but I can t find the app I have checked everywhere in downloads app folder nothing please advise what I could do ?
