Hard to tell. This issue has not gone away and I wonder if the soldier has some inside information that he or his defence is waiting to use in court. If not then he is a idiot.
If he is not convicted and the court lets him be after a closed door section then I would be extremely concerned. You can define "be" anyway you want.
