Default 9700 camera HELP!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I took a picture with the phone yesterday and uploaded to facebook, that was fine.

I tried to take another pic about an hour later and I was getting the clock waiting sign - equivalent to hourglass - I switched phone off and on again.
Same problem. Took battery out to reload NOW I get a message which says
Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again.
I have nothing else running that I am aware of.

Any suggestions people?
Thank you.

Have you downloaded any other applications that might use the camera? It sounds like you have another app running and may be causing the problem. By any chance is your memory card full? If the 9700 is new you may have to have it replaced or you can try a reload of the OS. Pulling the battery should have fixed this if it's an app conflict thats why I asked about other Apps.

I tried to remove and install the full firmware that I downloaded via the website of Vodafone and the camera does not work yet, this leads me to believe that it is defective hardware. When he stopped working I had to download other applications that would not have been on the phone, because I've got. I assume that the mod is not the answer, I believe that less than 28 days I get the phone exchanged, I will try to business today.
