I've been trying to connect to the desktop management several times but it just will not pop up! I've tried everything that i can think of. I even uninstalled and reinstall the software in which that's the only time it does work.
I only do this to download music, no pic, nothing else just for the music factor.
I just want to know if anyone is having this issues, and how can i RESOLVE IT asap.

It won't start at all. It will only start when i reinstall it, but i seriously don't want to do this anymore. I have the Blackberry 9700. HELP!

I can't figure out if you are saying Desktop Manager won't start, or you are saying your blackberry will not connect to Desktop Manager.

Also clarify what you do to get it to work at least temporarily.

Ixxx8217;m confused also. It looks like he can move music to the BB so itxxx8217;s connecting. Maybe he will reply with some details.
