Default blackberry.com and blackberry browser

One of the mysteries for me has always been why RIM didn't make the support pages at blackberry.com so that they would display on the blackberry browser. Take this KB article that JSanders posted in a thread:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/searc...rnalId=KB22944

I let it slide in the past because I didn't expect that much from the blackberry browser in the past. But with the browser in 5.0 I'm able to use full html websites now that I couldn't in the past and never thought I'd ever be using on a blackberry browser. So my expectations are raised now.

I don't really care about the technical reasons that KB web page won't display in the blackberry browser, and I'm not even the least bit curious. What I wonder about is why RIM wouldn't write the page (and other support articles) so it would display in a blackberry browser.

It's not that big a deal. Just a mystery that started bugging me.
