Does anyone have info on scaling and tuning VMWare guest resources to properly monitor a user base around 2,000 devices? We're seeing slow down that doesn't match the increasing numbers of users...

If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend contacting BoxTone support and allow us to assist. We have very specific requirements about running in a virtualized environment, primarily due to the highly transactionalized nature of the systems we monitor and perform analysis on.
