i have a customer who is living in the dark ages and still using 3.6 and now have an issue and its 4 years since i last even looked at a 3.6.

the user is unable to activate a new device at all, they have synched through dtm however it is not pulling anything through at all.

anyone have any ideas or recollections about these issues

if on exchange 2003 or higher and dont need IT policies, upgrade to BES Express 5 for free. So many new features and we can remember most of the stuff too.

that was my first thought, when i had this issue 2 years ago we upgraded the customer to professional as a work around.

No one else has chimed in yet. Might be the best option.

Also double check the dataplan on device.
