I have an employee who operates overseas and he is reporting to me that he has (2) INBOX icons for the same corproate email account.

He is also having issues with his dektop email when he accesses first through the Blackberry.

Is there a easy fix to remove one of the inboxes?

Probably wiping out the device and re-activating would work but I was wondering if there was a fix in the service books or something to make this a quick
