Just did a quick search and found this thread:

that says BES can sync "a lot" of sub folders under Contacts that contain contacts.

I have one user that says one of her nine contact subfolders is not syncing. Any idea on why this might be? It doesn't look any different from any of her other contact subfolders. What can I look for? Thanks

Ha, but the user has no idea how they would have done it, and I don't know what they did either.
