When I backup my BB Storm 2 using the BB Desktop Manager through a Bluetooth connection I get a message that it will not backup my on board memory.

Can someone tell me exactly what is not backup up? If the BB were to be wiped clean and then I restored this kind of backup what would I be missing?

1. Please, Update your profile it says 8830.

2. On board memory is most likely the 1 or 2 GB of storage space built onto your BB, It depends what you are holding on the memory.

Thanks for the information and reminder to update my profile. I changed my profile to show Storm but it would not allow me to show storm 2

You can edit your profile and add the specific model number, i.e. "9550" rather than "Storm" or "Storm 2"
