Default No Sync from Outlook to client BBs

Hi There, I'm currently administrating a BES 4.1 environment using BB 8310 for the clients. When I place an entry into my Outlook Calendar it does not go to my BB. When I place an entry into my BB it appears in Outlook, no problem. Any idea on how to resolve this issue please?
