Hello all, I have a Sprint BlackBerry Tour 9630 running OS 5.0.0.484. When I am using the default Precision Sprint (Zen) theme I have the shortcut to MediaExplorer. However if I switch to Hedone Design theme SnowTime or Metalic I do not have a shortcut to MediaExplorer. I've tried uninstalling the themes, rebooting, reinstalling, rebooting again to no avail. I contacted Hedone support, but the end response from them was to create a home screen folder, name it Media, and move my media app shortcuts into it. While this is an okay solution, I can't use MediaExplorer. Has anyone else seen this behavior with third party themes?
