We're not paid to be here. Be patient. It is common forum courtesy to give a post 24 hours to get an answer before "bumping" your post (and sending private messages to moderators complaining that no one has answered your post

Do this: Remove the Media Card from the device
Also, remove any third party themes from the devices
As well, don't load any third party applications.
So, do the re-install of the software again, following the above advice... on the install, don't let any third party applications load.
