how do i wipe the slate clean on my tour and reinstall the original factory OS?

Use jl_cmdr to wipe it

Delete OS/hybrid off your computer. Reinstall OS connect BB and open DM. If it doesn't find BB pull batt while connected. It should find it then and reinstall the OS.
