Hi,

I am using "Trial - BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 for MDS Applications - 20 Users" and still 30 days are left for this trial version, but BES stopped working.
The following error message is displayed when I attempted to validate the Server Routing Protocol (SRP) key within the BlackBerry Server tab of the BlackBerry Server Configuration tool:
Invalid SRP KEY or ID
Warning: Error occurred while receiving server ID from Wireless Network

Please let me know if there is a way to check that SRP key is actually disabled and if it is then how to get a new SRP key for my trial setup.

I think if SRP was diabled, you would get a message indicating this. Are you sure there is no firewall etc. restricting port 3101? Windows Firewall disabled on the BES machine?

I am using this setup for last two months and it was working fine...
I've tested the network connection present in Blackberry Server Configuration -> Blackberry Router and it is showing that its able to make connection successfully...

If it is actually disabled then is it possible to use another SRP key (trial) for the same setup
