I would love to get this phone at no commitment at $300, so I can buy another phone for $50 or so with commitment and extend my contract. Let me check with them.

I received my 9700 yesterday and it was indeed $175 (that is what is on the receipt)!

I tried the $299 price today and it added to my cart at $489.00 I called and they refused to honor $299 no commitment even after speaking with the supervisor. Apparently this has been an issue for several days but not resolved. Hard to believe that details like this get ignored at such a large company. seems a little bait and switch.

Ok for anyone calling to try and get this done now, good luck. i attempted to help a coworker go about the process today AFTER i have received mine and got a credit issued, premier CS had no idea what either of us were talking about ans said at no time was this ever offered to anyone for $174.99. the infuriating part is i had this conversation yesterday and while I'm online looking at the price of "$174.99 with qualified voice and data plan" the rep is telling me I'm wrong and that isn't possible, naturally today that price has vanished. AT&T customer service, especially premier customer service gets a big SUCK IT from me, if i didnt get twice as good coverage in my house with them over VZW and i wasn't already hooked on the 9700, adios to them, not as if they give a Sh*t. Unreal!!

ok, to update you all, if you click on current offers on top of the main premier page and scroll through those offers, it appears there just not on the page where the phone it self is..

Interesting. Not only has the price dropped from a whopping $749 to $483, but I see the $299 price you are referring to. I'm going to give it a shot... worst they can say is "no."

It looks like that is company specific. Under Current Offers for me, it does not show that phone at that price. It only shows discounts available on services, accessories, and non-smartphones.
