Default help for obtaining email info

Hi,

siva I havent used these API yet. I have worked only on BESUserAdminService Tool for managing BES and BES Users.

The problem which you are facing might relate to User Credentials you are using for accessing the web service. Are you using BESAdmin credentials?

Hope you resolve your issues soon.

Exclamation Help regarding accesing web services

Hi,

Please provide me info if we can access the web services from JDK 1.5 application. I have an application which talks to BES web services and JDK this application runs is Java 1.5 but when i was trying to compile my application in Netbeans it started showing lot of errors regarding some concepts of web services and we started adding those additional jars to the application and finally it got compiled neatly with out errors.

But when we try to run it at one point where it needs to get the port of webservices its not able to receive it from the webservices already running on server. But its working fien with Java 1.6 update 11 JDK.

If any one has worked on these webservices from Java 1.5 please provide me soem info on how you have done that.

Thanks & Regards,

Its good to see that you have resolved your issue, but it is good practice to put solution here in this forum so that other people could find it in case of same problem.

Thanks.

Exclamation Yes sure

Sorry for not putting that informatio n here... we found that these email statis tics are dependeant on user statics class and we need to get this data based on user that is registered on BES. We just cannot query for Email statistics directly as it will not know whose email statistics we are querying.
