1) is there a way to delete applications without having to use the DM? (just from the device)

2) I would like to have a few PDF documents on my Storm, how can I get them there and where would the listing of them be?

1) Depends on what you're trying to delete. Try clicking on Options -> Adv. Options -> Applications -> highlight application name -> Menu button -> Delete.

2) Use Mass Storage Mode via DM and copy them to the Media Card under the documents folder.

OK, used media mode and put them on the media card in the documents folder. Now, how do I open them? Docs to Go doesnt recognize them.

you need Premium Docs to GO (paid for) or any other PDF reader.
Most I know of are paid ones.
Cant remember if there is a free one out there.
Google is your best bet.
