Try Deleting ALL Service Books (options, advanced options, service books), Reboot, undelete Desktop [MDS] (I think so anyway, undelete all). Now push the service books from the BES (reboot, ask your BES admin). I guess if your not on a BES, register all the options in Host Routing Table in Advanced Options.
