Default EMAIL: Reply TO ALL

Can anyone tell me how I would do a "reply to all" on my BB email? The only option I see is "Reply" to the sender. Thanks in advance!

Also, "Reply To All" is not available from the inbox. You have to open a message to see the option. Not sure why, but I'm sure it is a "feature."
