I got myself a new tour after I lost my Bold, the good things was that I had done a backup just a couple of days back, which I have managed to install on the tour but I have over 30 contacts on the BBM and I cannot contact anyone... who ever I contact it comes up with a Red clock saying the contact is busy, it is now with all the contacts... please how do i correct this.

I don't have that many contacts but I have noticed that the contacts are often unavailable or busy when they shouldn't be...

You did log in to yuor BIS account and use the Change Device option and input the new phones PIN?

Mine was like that too until I sent someone a message it went away.

Yes I have logged in, I do get my mails and I can send them.... but nothing on the messenger...

try sending them a test message it should go away .....

problem solved.... I saw in another posting if you re-register going to Host routing table it should solve the problem
