Hi, I just got a Tour yesterday after having a Pearl for 2 years. I'm very happy with it, besides the fact that it runs hot when using it a lot (Wifi would have been nice too).

Anyway, this is my first full-keyboard phone, and I must say I miss autocomplete options from the Pearl. Will any of the full keyboard phones ever get this?

Even though the pearl got annoying, if i starting typing "Keybo" on my phone, pearl would know to finish it with "keyboard". I could fly on that thing. Any such thing with the Tour?

What I have heard yes on a future software release.

You can add custom entries in Options > Auto Text.

I understand how you feel, I've had my Tour for a couple of weeks after using the Pearl. I missed the autocomplete too and almost didn't upgrade for this reason. I'm very happy that I did and while it sounds great we may get it back in a future OS upgrade- I've gotten use to not having it.
