Strange problem I discovered today; not sure how it happened.

I've always had a custom profile I created that I use on occasion. Had it on my Storm and now on my Tour. I use it infrequently; most of the time mine is set to Normal. But today I went to use it and....it vanished. Just gone. I know I didn't delete it, and I know it was on my Tour because I've used it before. But today....gonzo. I had not recently synched or anything.

Anyone else use a custom profile and noticed this or was it just a fluke? No biggie-I just remade it.

Try a battery pull while your Tour is running and see if that restores your custom profile. Otherwise, I'm stumped.
