Default Calendar Question

When saving events on my calendar and inviting attendees to that event, I notice it sends the attendee an email for the request. Now does this automatically save the event on the attendees calendar as well? I've always used my calendar but first time inviting attendees.

That depends on what application or (User Mail Agent) the recipient is using. Outlook offers that service, as does the Blackberry itself if I remember correctly, I've only played with it a few times in the dim past. Others applications may.

I believe that it places the invite on the calendar so that you can see if there are any conflicts, but it does not necessarily save (or confirm) it.
