I have a problem with my blackberry, I live in Australia, but I bought the blackberry overseas. Then I imported my contacts from the sim card to my blackberry. When a person's mobile number starts with 04..... when he sent a message to me, I can't see his name on my phone, then I changed his number to +614.....But then, after that, when he called me, I can't see his name again, I thought it was a stranger because blackberry displaying me 04......then I changed his number again to 04.......and now I'm confused how to deal with this?

Hit the green call key. Hit menu>options>smart dial. Make sure your proper country code is set.
