250 seems like the latest and greatest.

Haven't seen enough positive reports about .250 to convince me to switch... If it ain't broke...

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry Curve 8900)

I have .250 and it seems to work well. .236 worked well, too.

I've using 239 for a month since upgraded from 114 that comes with my Tmo...all worked fine no problems at all, on 250 i'm hearing about lagging call on receive and browser issue like restart while you browse, i'm not quite sure if that happens to anyone here, but indeed 239 work faster on browsing and battery life is relatively better... depends on usage and settings.

IMO, if you need to upgrade to 239 i would recommend it, but on 250, i would need to test the rogers version vs TIM version that what's out there at the moment...coz i'm hearing different issues with those os 250s. other than that 5.0 looks promising...with major difference in performance for sure, batt life, appearance. we just need to wait on the official release to test it but, if you curious the beta version is already out there to give a shot...
