Adding JAR file to the project fails it to run, I want to use memory profiler.

I have an application built for BlackBerry in NetBeans using plugin dll from an installed JDE.
I want to use memory profiler in the JDE for this application so I have to load the Application in the JDE.
Now since it is time taking process to import all the (100s of them) files in the JDE I have made library out of the API that I can use in that form. I have not included testing samples in the Jar.
I create a new project in a new workspace, and a deploying UiApplication.
I run it and the icon of the application comes in the ribbon.
Now when I include the samples and the Jar library file, the emulator fails to show it on the ribbon, however the application cod file is generated successfully.
----------------------------
Alternatively I have another project that only uses the JAD and JAR from the application I have made in Netbeans instead of using the partial JAR library.
and that build runs fine.
but I cannot use memory profiler there as it needs to have breakpoints, from which some manipulations can be done in the profiler.
-----------------------------
I make checks so that I am not getting the "Class has Multiple Definition" Exception
------------------------------
earlier it was running fine but the jar had a smaller size.
can the size need to be fixed?
Regards
