No. All radio programs use a data connection to stream the broadcast. BlackBerrys do not contain an AM or FM radio.

Nope, but you have Slacker, Pandora, iHeart Radio. There is also an XM application for the BlackBerry as well.

Wirelessly posted (8320 Titanium)

Without a data plan I would use slacker since you can cache the stations for later playing...when you want to update the cached stations, just plug the bb into the pc and it updates...easy.

Follow this man's advice.

Edit: now that I think about it, this might be harder than it sounds. First, you have to find a way to install it without using data. Once that is done, Slacker will cache the stations only after you run the app, login, and choose which stations to cache. To log in obviously requires a data connection. ACTUALLY this is perfectly feasible if you can use WiFi (assuming Slacker supports WiFi, which I THINK was implemented in one of the updates in the past few months).

Now that I am on my laptop and can see that he has Rogers listed as his carrier, I don't think Slacker will work for him, even if can do as you said in your post...I don't think slacker works outside the US...I thought I heard some grumblings about that on this site from non-US users...
