Two things that require a little getting used to are Suretype and the fact that there is not stylus/touchscreen. With regard to suretype, I have quickly become accustomed to it and prefer it to the regular keyboard (very fast, fewer keys to hunt for, and it learns as you use it). As far as the lack of touchscreen/stylus combo, once you get used to using the wheel and button on the side, everything works very quickly. Overall impression is that this is a device designed for productivity and it accomplishes that very well. So although you don't have a camera or music players for the BB (which you probably want other devices for anyway), it will quickly improve your overall ability to stay on top of things without getting in the way.

I just made the same switch, and agree with everything said here. I would add that the screen is beautiful, the device is more attractive than I expected (and smaller/lighter than the Treo). The whole experience is much more solid/polished/seamless. The phone / sound quality also seems to be fine. Make the switch, it's worth it.
