Hi guys,,, my BB 8100 is reboot all time. I used Desktop Manager for update, but not resolved.... Please,,, is possible make erase firmware before updade firmware with Desktop Manager????? TKS. (sorry my inglish)

Does it every full boot up or does it just hour glass and start over? If it does boot up and then restarts remove your media card and see if it stops doing it.

then restore the os to it?

I tried it all! but unfortunately had no success,,, anyone knows if it is possible to erase of the old firmware before applying a new firmware???

i sujest u put on back an older version os cuz it cud be the OS

Have you tried the advice in post #2? Removing the media card?
