I bought a blackberry storm 9530 used from ebay,
i cant change "my number" it has the number form the old owener so i want to change it, i have tried going into sim card options and changed the number there but it didnt work.

Any help????

You need to get into the CDMA programming mode of the phone by pressing ##000000.

Also, please update your profile if you are using a Storm now.

I tried #000000 and it says "number is incomplete"?

I'm sorry, it should be ##000000.

To edit your profile, click User CP in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, and choose Edit Profile.
