Hello all.. i'm nubie here
i just bought a 9000 Bold Series and at first try, i had installed facebook and gmail apps for it and it run succesfully.
Problem: after upgrading it to v4.6.0.190 Platform 4.0.0.172, it can not access facebook and gmail again, and it ask me to change the service plan.
How can i fix this problem? sorry for my bad english..

first thing i would do is download the .247 version of the bold os. then i would reinstall google and facebook. i dont know why its asking you to change your service plan... but try those steps first.

Perhaps try sending through the service books again from the blackberry service. They may have gone a bit nutty during the restore part of the upgrade.

Facebook is a know issue, try a search. As for Gmail, there is a BIS 2.6 upgrade underway and it includes gmail features, I think, so that could be the issue there.

I deleted my gmail account on BIS, And reset it back. Now can not edit on the computer. I can't seem to edit my sig. Anyone else having issues like wise or other? Let us all know please.
