this might be a stupid question but i lost my book for my 8350I this is my own personal phone not a company phone.
my led flashes BLUE when connected to my bluetooth device.
it flashes RED when i have a message (email, text,Ect...)
On My buddy's 8350I his led constantly flashes GREEN. Now his 8350I is a company phone. what does the flashing green led mean?
all of his company phones flash green all the time.

They have the Coverage Indicator set to "on". To turn it off:
Options
Screen/Keyboard
Scroll down to LED Coverage Indicator and set to "off"

The service status indicator. It flashes when you have service

Go to Options
Screen/Keyboard

Look for the LED Coverage Indicator On/Off toggle
