Sorry to hear you got laid off.

That's actually considered a 3rd party application and it won't be included in the backup. This may help : How do I backup my Third Party Applications on my BB? - BlackBerryFAQ

Let me try to understand this. You had a Sprint device with Sprint Nav before correct? Your profile shows you have and AT&T 8310 now. Is that right?

Alright, update your profile to avoid confusion in the future.

You have the unlimited $99 data plan. Did you ask them to provision it for BlackBerry Data. BIS should not be an additional charge. BES is an additional $20.

Unlimited web access is different than a BlackBerry data plan. You have to specifically ask them to add the BB data plan. The $99 unlimited data works for all smartphone devices from Sprint, not just BlackBerrys. BlackBerry devices have a specific data plan they need.
