t-mobile Unlimited Loyalty 49.99
Please Login to Remove!
hope this helps some people...
i knew that t-mobile was going to start offering this plan nation wide starting march 2nd and i had to have it but i did not meet the requirements for it which is 22months of being with t-mobile ... i went online to my account and did the plan change there and when i looked it offered the plan.. so i did all the necessary things to change my plan online and after i got the confirmation i called to have the plan set active as of today rather then when my next billing cycle starts.. the woman said she didnt know why i was offered the plan because i didnt meet the requirements... she left my account with the plan set to change and said if i got the plan online she was not going to take it off.. at that time i took a screenshot of the page with the pending plan change on the screen.. hopefully if things get funny i might be able to use this as leverage to get the plan back if it does not go into affect...
anyway.. point of post is try adding this plan online rather then calling t-mobile..
hope you all get it.. this worked for me in NYC and i have only been a t-mobile customer for just under 2 months

It is allegedly only for San Francisco. It was showing me an option for this plan (family version) for $89.99 per month. I elected to change my plan from the one we have now to this unlimited plan and it went through everything, then gave me a "please wait" which at the end of it said "please call 1-877.. because we are unable to process your change request blah blah". So I called and was told that the only change the CSR could make to save me money would be to move me to a plan with less minutes and that it was an error that has been fixed "sorry"
I tried the "I'll change to a $9 per month plan and switch to AT&T" and that got me nothing but a "well I can request a cancellation for your plan if you like". *shrug* Congrats to anyone who got this! (outside of San Fran of course).

Sweet I just saw the same message when I tried to log into My-Tmobile account (I'm in LA). Looks like they are rolling it out to loyal customers!

Actually, the plan was scheduled to go live nationwide today. No longer SF only.

Can this be placed on business accounts? The CSR I am speaking with now said that I have the required time period and my account is in good standing, but she doesn't why it wont allow her to add it to my account.
- Just found out that because of the business account that I couldn't get this plan. He switched me to a 79.99 1000 Myfaves for 2 lines with 9.99 unlimited SMS/MMS messaging. I'm a little dissappointed, but it was $20 cheaper than what I was paying so that helps.

Is this for real? I am trying to upgrade online through the "Change plan" option, but keep getting an error message "We're sorry this feature is currently not available. Please check back later" before it even display any plans. Are they realizing it's a mistake, or are they really offering unlimited for $49.99? I have with them since early 2007, and it's not a business account, so it sounds like I would qualify.

I called today and changed my plan. Took 5 minutes, and I do have a business account. I didn't even try to do it online, just called and the CSR was more than happy to change my plan. Then again, I have been a customer for 14 years.

It is for real. From what I understand they are just rolling it out to everybody (loyal customers who meet the criteria). Their website might be slow, so give them a call at 611 from your cell.

Great for one line, but if you are on a family plan with several phones, gets expensive quickly.

Yes, seems like it. The CSR wasn't quite sure at first, but then put me on hold and came back after a few minutes saying that the wi-fi should still work. Makes sense since it's to Tmobile's benefit to enable wi-fi with an unlimited plan. Because afterall, the more you use the wi-fi UMA feature, the less calls go over their cell towers.
Anyway, the switch happened right away, and my wi-fi and UMA is still working as before. So effectively this switch from a MyFaves 400 minutes plan to unlimited cost me $10 a month. Sweeeeet.

For Tmobile:
BIS = New price as of Oct. 2008 is $24.99. Used to be $19.99. I think BES used to be $29.99 and is now $34.99?

It should be available nationwide. Reqiurements is you must be a customer for 22 consecutive months, and bill must be paid and account in good standing, no past due balance.
I heard March 1st, but I called in and it was still on available for San Francisco. Call this morning and it was available finally!
Awesome plan! Basically, Unlimited Nationwide calling and roaming for $49.99/mo, two lines sharing will be $89.99/mo. You can add 3 more lines to that at $39.99/mo each. Adding Unlimited text to the shared plan is $20/mo. Me likely!
You also have the option to enable myfaves if you want it. Keep in mind changing to this plan will NOT require a contract extension, although most reps will put you on a 1 year extension. If you don't want your contract extended, make sure you request the month to month, which is available.
Name of the plan is Unlimited Loyalty or the Faves Unlimited Loyalty.
