Arrow Storm fells "asleep"

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,

My Storm has a weird problem I did not read about here - it "falls asleep".
That means, you know, after a while my BB deactivates the screen. But sometimes, I guess 10 times a day, I cannot get the BlackBerry work again. When I press any key, nothing happens. After about 10 seconds the Storm will reboot like after a battery pull.

I tried every OS up from .86 - now on .109. Also nuked my device sometimes and it happend even without any 3rd party programs or running applications.

Guys, I am looking for any hints what the reason is - Hardware, Software, known (fix)?

Thanks

My 9530 has the same problem, it doesn't happen every day, sometimes it happens twice a day (usually twice in 15 minutes or so). I think its a software thing.

Considering everything you've tried, I'd suggest getting a replacement. :\
