Well I know this may sound a bit unethical.

I currently own a black berry 8820 for 6 months, but due heavy wear and tear the key pad and covers have a bit of scratches. IT IS WORK PERFECTLY fine

I want to send my black berry for servicing(1 year warrenty) and hope they would exchange it for a brand new one..

Can someone list some technical issues that can't be solve/trace that I can write on the "problem" section that would make them exchange my blackberry for a brand new one when it comes back from servicing.

I promise to take care of it after that.. I will get a "condom" for it.

So you are asking us to help you scam TMO so you can get a replacement simply because of cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear for a blackberry that works perfectly fine?

I don't believe you will get a lot of help here.

You will probably have a duductable to pay. You're better off purchasing a new housing and you will be good as new and won't have the hassle of actually switching handsets, and you won't be risking insurance fraud. Try www.cnn.cn I think or horizon wireless. Search for them, they sell replacement housings.

How about for $10 you get a replacement keypad and do the repairs yourself? It's not hard to do. Plenty of directions on disassembly on YouTube or on these forums.
