Still have no internet!!! Help... Do I erase the Verizon crap from the applications? How do I get internet using my G1 sim card from Tmobil?

i cant believe how easy it is for verizon customers to do this. i got a storm that lock to telus.... and im on Rogers. and i call them and they WILL NOT give out their codes... they seem to be the only company that will not do it... hopefully someone cracks the telus one soon

wtf i just called the global CS and my account is in perfect standing but you have to have the phone under your name for 60 days?

is there anyway to get around this? thats BS

i just am trying to sell it and everyone wants it unlocked but my 60 days is up march 6th and i dont want to wait that long

and i dont want to pay $50 when i wont get that much more out of it

I like the 8830 as I've used one for a good while. I recently moved to the 8330. I think with the newer devices coming out, you will have a harder time selling that device at that price than you think.

how am i cheating people?

the phone is what $400 to buy without extending your contract? idk i havent checked in awhile.

so if i sell it for $300 and the person doesnt have to extend their contract, how am i cheating?

i mean if you really dont believe me i can list every email that has been sent to me offering me $300

I believe this thread is about unlocking the 9530. I don't think it has anything to do with selling an 8830. If you're interested in selling your 8830, then take it to the Buy/Trade/Sell area.
