Default Green Charging LED on Bedside Mode

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know how to get the green charging LED to stay off when the phone goes into auto-off mode at night? I've got it sitting in a charger, and set to go into bedside mode when charging. The led is off and everything is fine until the phone shuts off at 1AM. At that point, the bright green "charging" LED comes on.

Yes, that would also work, but I don't want to turn it off. It saves battery power to turn it off at night (it's not always in the charger)

I don't think there's a way to disable the green charging LED.
