Hi,
I have about 30 users on my Domino BES and no one has the desktop manager installed, upon request. I am trying out the messenger and I'd like to push it down to my users automatically.
1. I can't figure out anymore how to download the messenger, blackberry.com/messenger only tells me that it thinks my USB driver is not installed properly, it won't let me download the app any other way
2. I'd like to push this through a software configuration thingy in the BES manager without my users installing the Desktop manager or them plugging they BB into their Laptops...
Can this be done? where can I get the messenger to test the software push?

If your users have web access, the easiest way to install the messenger is to use the blackberry browser and download it from http://www.blackberry.com/messenger

Via the BES, you can push the messenger client:
