I just downloaded the version for BB with Wifi (4.3+) in my 8350i and after loading it sent my BB into a endless power recycle loop (on / off).

I suggest not to download the program unless you want to brick your unit.

That could have occurred for a number of reasons.

Everything was fine before I installed to software.

After playing with DM and catching it at just the right time I was able to remove the program and then my BB booted up fine.

Have a look at their FAQ. You install the app on your BlackBerry and then you can log on to their website and track where those BlackBerry devices are. I would assume it does not work with Verizon BB's though.

I installed this on my Bold and it works just fine. Since they offer several different versions for download, make sure you download the right version for your OS.

As I have an 8350i with o/s 4.6 i downloaded the WiFi version for 4.3+.

Once I got it removed and got my BB powered up I found I had a couple of problems:

When I tried to open a website I was told that it was a WiFi service, check my WiFi set up and try again.

Browser was set to Hot Spot Browser. No other options to select.

Not getting e-mail or MMS.

Had to do a master radio reset, register the unit and resend service books. Everything appears OK now.
