Has anyone else used this?

I have had it online for over a year.

5 pairs are currently running.
It works well for us.

Far too expensive for our little company.
Heard great things about it though.

Do you use it in a WAN environment? If so, how do you handle DNS updates when the secondary BES becomes active?

Default We don't use DNS Updates.

We disabled the DNS Updates module, we configured Global Site Selector (GSS) to detect the active IP Address, it handles the DNS direction automatically.

Yes we were using it and it woked well. But switched Doubletake. MUCH cheaper and works just as well. Affortable for even a little company. Only about $6K a server pair. That is list so probably cheaper.

We used to installed Neverfail too. But we find a better solution which is cheaper for small company.
It's name HA Software from a company named Ibelem.
