Got mine last week. I always get this holster for all of my devices. It works great as usual for my 8900.

I assume there will be one coming out for the 8900 specifically, as it is not an exact match to the 8300?

No, they work for both devices so i would assume it would be the same one for the 83xx and the 8900

Do you have this holster for your 8900? Does it fit perfectly, or is it loose? The sleeper magnet works? Thanks for the info. I always buy Seidio's products, but was concerned that this one isn't specific to the 8900.

it works like it was designed for the 8900, sleeper magnet works, its NOT loose at all... not a movement... the 8300 innocase tho is kinda loose if you use that one with a skin... that one is loose, but the naked one, works flawlessly like it does for the 8300... i have both the naked one and the innocase one with a BB genuine skin, and both sleeper magnets in both cases work

I hope seidio will be coming out w/the "hybrid" hard case & holster, like the one they had for the 8320. Of course, I'll have to try and pick-up a pink colored case & holster for my girlfriend.

wondering, for the ones who've used this type of holster specifically Seidio brand, I would like to know if it leaves a scuff mark on the top part of the device where contact is made w/the clip going in/out, over the long run? Appreciate any thoughts, thanks....

so far i havent noticed anything, there is some small ones, but you cant even notice it... and it kinda rubs off with a micro fiber clothe... i'm waiting for zagg to get the screen protectors out for the 8900 so i wont have to worry about that anymore, but in the meantime i'm using a skin and the innocase holster

So, the zagg protecter has the option to protect the screen and also the entire phone?

Cool, I may go this route, rather than buying the seidio case/holster, but, I'm not sure yet. I would like to buy some sort of case and/or holster for the 8900, soon, so I can have it by the time I'm ready to actually get the BB

Nice, but very pricey for a holster clip.

Seidio makes great stuff, and I always get their holster for whatever phone I am carrying. Very well made and highly recommended.

I've had two Seidio cases. They both broke within a couple of months.
