I read about improving performance by deleting VZNavigator, VCast, and something about a vendor.xml file? I deleted VZNavigator but couldn't delete VCast and would like to know what vendor.xml is for?

It is my understanding that the vendor.xml and VZNav can be removed with relative ease (I have done both), however, removing VCast is a moot point as it is a program pushed to the phone from Verizon. Meaning, you can find it and delete it via the DM but once the network pushes service books to your phone again it will just be replaced.

Vendor.xml is a file that is deleted if you are installing an OS from a carrier aside from Verizon.

And yes, VCast will be pushed back to the device.
