so i did a custom paint job with colorware... so many problems.
the battery cover was not painted correctly then their logo was not straight (giving you the feeling that the battery cover was never locked properly).
now the face plate (where the att logo was) is starting to show little dots...
am i the only one with these problems with colorware?
thanks
My plain battery cover is coming in during the next few days, I am having a local motorcycle painter do the work for $30-$40 on top of the cost of the battery cover. This will be much cheaper, and I will have infinite choice in color as he is mixing the paint himself.
One user (who has a colorware bold) argued that colorware uses some sort of special scratch resistant coating that I can only get from them and thats why its worth it, but I think he may have been just trying to justify the price. He may be right, he may not, but if its good enough for a motorcycle fender, its good enough for my battery cover lol.
