Default Refused by handheld using Redirector

Please Login to Remove!

Hello I cant seem to get the redirector working for my email at work. The BWC is working correctly forwarding my personal home email from Earthlink but I get the error "refused by handheld" in the redirector window. I have reconfigured the security keys while connected via the USB cable and still nothing.

Does this have anything to do with the fact that I have the $19.99 BB plan from Tmobile?

Thanks

I am seeing the same thing - It worked on Friday when I first set things up, but since then it has stopped working. Not sure if I changed something along the way that screwed it up...

make sure that you have the corporate e-mail access on your plan. I had a user that only did the lower plan and the BES messages were being refuesed. they called t-mobile and added the coporate e-mail access which is $10 a month and it started working fine.

Yup thats it, thats the problem. Being that my employer will not cover the extra expense I guess I wont be using redirector. Thanks all for you input.

My employer does not cover any of my blackberry expense but they still strongly recommend it. They do pay for BES. Their justification is they pay me enough (which I can't complain about) that the cost of the blackberry service is on me.

This could be the problem - I found out I don't have the Enterprise t-mobile account. . .so it's no longer receiving my enterprise emails. . .even though I don't have the BES. I assume that redirector still is sending out Enterprise emails. . .

I'm changing plans as we speak. . .I'll update if this works. This is great.

I love my 7100t!!!

The best device ever made (next to the ipod!)

FIXED FIXED FIXED!!! T-Mobile had to change my account to 'Enterprise' instead of 'Consumer.'

Did they charge you the extra $10/mo for enterprise? RIM tech support told me redirector should work without having the enterprise plan.
