Okay so this is what's going on. I sent my girlfriend who has an 8330 a video but when she trys to open the attachement, there's no attachement to open. All I do is record it with the phone, compose email, attach file, and thats it. But when she gets it, the file is there, but when pressing menu, it doesnt say "open attachement." She can send me videos and ill be fine, i can download the attachement....Anybody know what im doing wrong....Im pretty sure its from my end...

By the way, the file wasnt even big,...the video was like 383k....so it cant be that....any suggestions...?

Okay so getting back to this, and I sent her picture and she was well able to get the picture. Now what?

I have a 8300 att and my friend has a Verizon 8330. I can get her videos and download them fine. My friend gets my email and the same thing; there is no option to download the video I sent her. Would her OS be out of date?
