This is the BES status I have on a few users in the same office. They are a mix of 7250s and 6230s, all with the latest OS and desktop software (which does not run at stratup). Would this status message affect the delivery of emails, even though we don't use the desktop redirector?

I'm not asking how to fix the issue, as I already read the KB article and did what it said.

My question again is, would that status indicator (and the problem it represents) affect mail getting to and from the Blackberry devices, even though we don't use the desktop redirector?

Ermm... *learns to read again*...

It shouldn't affect the mail getting to the devices if you are on V4 handheld and BES and all set to wireless sync.. It will probably cause a couple of issues if the users connect up to the DTM.
