Hey All,
Just a quick question, when people upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1 did your SRP keys change? Or were you able to keep the same SRP key?

T-Mobile is telling me that the same SRP key will work for me but prior to doing the update, I want to verify that this sounds normal. I don't want to get through the upgrade process and then realize that I have to sit on hold with T-Mobile for 3 hours while they figure out a new SRP key for our organization. It seems to me like I've read that most people get issued a new SRP key.

Approximately how long does the 4.0 to 4.1 upgrade take? Assume about 100 people on a single BES server.

Well, i think my upgrade went well... but now I am having an issue where Activation emails are not be picked up out of inboxes. I havent changed any permissions with the Blackberry account. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help offered would be appreciated (yes i have searched for OTA Activation not completing and Activiation messages not leaving inbox).
