hi guys

im having prob with my bluetooth,
ok with sending file but can not recieving file
tried from PC to my bb bold, PC said "service discovery failed"
tried from another mobile phone, it said unable to connect.
anyone help me pls ... thx

Try doing the firmware update.

Is it an unbranded BB?
Unlocked?
Which carrier does it originate from?

I tried this the other day, and this is how I got it to work:



Initiate the send from the PC



In Media app on the BB, hit menu and select "Receive using bluetooth"



Should get a dialog (after some negotiation) prompting you where to save the file. I noticed jad files can only go to \BlackBerry\Documents directory.

Oh, and this assumes you've paired the devices and made sure the OBEX service is associated with the BB. I personally couldn't get the OBEX set up in a way that was obvious, but I added a serial port that worked fine.

how to update the OS?
3days ago, ive tried before, it was fine, i did send n recieve
but when i transfered mp3 from nokia n95, when it reached 10%, it was suddenly stopped, and couldnt be paired anymore
i saw my pc n bb paired, the indicators on my laptop said it paired, but from the bb, when its connected, within 2secs it becomes terminated.
